mTSP Projects of Marketing Engineering
Marketing Engineering students presented the final results of their IJSBOERKE projects for the course of “Marketing Models and Marketing Engineering” of Prof. Dr. Dirk Van den Poel. In total, three teams tried to optimize total profits of a sales region (taking into account revenues from existing customers, but more importantly travel costs, in essence solving a multiple traveling salesmen problem). The first team is shown in the picture above (from left to right: Philip Tack, Stephanie Verstraete, Nick Callebaut). The second team (shown below from left to right: Mathias Haentjens, Eline Lostrie, Evelien Verbaenen).
